Get acquainted with the General Terms and Conditions of use of the website of Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation /WCIF/. In case you do not agree with them, please discontinue using the site.
This site is owned and managed by Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) and is created to promote the activities and initiatives of the organization. The photos and visions used on the site are the property of the WCIF and present activities and events organized by the Foundation or the organizations funded by it under its various projects and programs.
The General Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement with regard to the provision of services by the WCIF website and their use by each User.
With these General Terms and Conditions, WCIF provides the services on its site free of charge, subject to the conditions below.
Web-site services include access to information resources and data provided through a web browser.
The User of the Site in turn agrees and undertakes to use the information and services provided only in compliance with the terms and conditions of this document.
When using the Site, the User undertakes not to violate the rights and interests of third parties and not to perform malicious actions. Malicious actions are prohibited. These are listed below, but not limited to:

8. Disrupting the normal work of other Internet users and associated natworks;
9. Committing actions that can be classified as a criminal offence or administrative violation under Bulgarian law or other applicable law.
Copyright
All published texts, graphic images, photographic images, videos or sound files published on the site are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and belong to the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation. The use and publication of texts and graphic images from the site is allowed only when their source is correctly indicated.
For any use, including but not limited to publishing, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting photographic images, videos or sound files, it is necessary for the User to contact WCIF in advance on the telephones or email addresses specified on the contact page.
Privacy
Compliance with the legal framework, good practices and transparency in relations with consumers’ privacy and the protection of personal data is of the utmost importance for WCIF. WCIF policy on protection of personal data is described in a separate special document. The Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation is a personal data administrator. WCIF is entitled to compensation for all damages, expenses and claims of third parties that result from a violation of these General Terms and Conditions and/or unauthorized use of the services on the Foundation's website.
