Petar Andreev has been a member of the WCIF team since 2012. He has coordinated several key programmes, including those for the development of public foundations in Bulgaria, Youth Banks, Knowledge for Success, and the donor programme for technological resources for NGOs – TechSoup. He holds a Master’s degree in English Philology from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” He has also worked with civil society organisations at various levels on projects with USAID, ILO, ETUC, and the EU. He possesses expertise and experience in building networks and strengthening the capacity of NGOs.
