Terms and Conditions for the use of the websites of Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation

Please, get acquainted with the Terms and Conditions of use of the websites of Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation /WCIF/. In case you do not agree with them, please discontinue using the sites.

SUBJECT OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) in relation to the use of its websites: frgi.bg, platform.frgi.bg, communityfoundations.frgi.bg, youthbankbulgaria.frgi.bg, antigypsyism.frgi.bg, lgbti.frgi.bg, zhivonasledstvo. frgi.bg, zaedno.frgi.bg, 2gathertogether.frgi.bg, csoleaders.frgi.bg, strengthen.frgi.bg, growingupequal.frgi.bg, inspire.frgi.bg, circle.bg, tilidl.bg, howto.ngo (hereinafter referred to as the Sites for convenience and brevity) and any person residing on their pages (hereinafter referred to as the User for brevity and convenience).
  2. These sites are owned and managed by Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) and are created to promote the activities and initiatives of the organization. The photos, videos and visions used on the site are property of WCIF and present activities and events organized by the Foundation or the organizations funded by it under its various projects and programs.
  3. The General Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement with regard to the provision of services by the WCIF website and their use by each User.

PROVISION OF SERVICES AND MEANS OF THEIR USAGE

  1. With these General Terms and Conditions, WCIF provides the services on its sites free of charge, subject to the conditions below.
  2. Web-site services include access to information resources and data provided through a web browser.
  3. The User of the Site in turn agrees and undertakes to use the information and services provided only in compliance with the terms and conditions of this document.
  4. The use of some of the services on some of WCIF sites is subject to prior registration (for the site: platform.frgi.bg).
  5. Use of the other WCIF websites mentioned in point 1 does not require prior registration.
  6. By visiting any of WCIF sites, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to abide by them.
  7. WCIF may change, add or delete some of these General terms and conditions at any time. All changes shall be published on this web-page and shall enter into force immediately after their publication.
  8. It is the user’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with these terms and conditions of use of WCIF sites prior to their use. By continuing to use the services of WCIF sites, the User agrees to all changes.
  9. When using the Site, the User undertakes not to violate the rights and interests of third parties and not to perform malicious actions.
  10. Malicious actions are prohibited. These are listed below, but not limited to:

13.1. Actions or omissions that violate Internet ethics and/or cause harm to persons connected to the Internet or associated networks;
13.2. Phishing;
13.3. Overloading the channels;
13.4. Getting access to resources and information by using others usernames and passwords;
13.5. Use of system flaws for own benefit or information extraction;
13.6.Damage or destruction of systems or data files;
13.7. Sending and activating systems for unauthorized distant monitoring and control or sending viruses and malware;
13.8. Disrupting the normal work of other Internet users and associated networks;
13.9.Committing actions that can be classified as a criminal offence or administrative violation under Bulgarian law or other applicable law.

COPYRIGHT

  1. All published texts, graphic images, photographic images, videos or sound files published on the sites of WCIF are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and belong to the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation or their authors or holders of exclusive rights of use. Their unauthorized use constitutes a violation of the law and entails civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force.
  2. The use and publication of texts and graphic images from WCIF sites is allowed only when their source is correctly indicated.
  3. For any use, including, but not limited to, publishing, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting photographic images, videos or sound files, the User must first contact WCIF at the phone numbers or email addresses listed in the contacts at the footer of the website.

PRIVACY POLICY

17. Compliance with the legal framework, good practices and transparency in relations with consumers’ privacy and the protection of personal data is of the utmost importance for WCIF.
18. WCIF policy on protection of personal data is described in a separate special document. The Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation is a personal data administrator. Get to know WCIF Policy on personal data protection here.
19. User undertakes to personally familiarize with the WCIF personal data protection policy before continuing their stay on WCIF sites.

COOKIES POLICY

  1. WCIF websites use the so-called cookies to collect data. The installation of cookies is necessary for the proper use of the sites.

LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY

  1. WCIF makes every effort to maintain true, accurate and up-to-date information on its websites, without excluding the possibility of accidental inconsistencies or omissions. WCIF shall not be liable for the consequences, including any damages caused by or related in any way to the access, use or inability to use the Foundation’s websites.
  2. All the information on WCIF sites is provided in accordance with the relevant Bulgarian legislation in force, without guarantee on the part of WCIF for its inviolability and safety from malicious attacks of third parties.
  3. WCIF cannot be held responsible for the contents, accurateness and the legality of references to sites and services or resources that have become available to the User when using the Foundation’s websites.
  4. WCIF is not responsible for subjective interpretations of the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information resources published on the sites.
  5. WCIF is entitled to compensation for all damages, expenses and claims of third parties that result from a violation of these General Terms and Conditions and/or unauthorized use of the services on the Foundation’s websites.
