Living Heritage Fund is one of the oldest on-going WCIF facilities financing to civic groups for initiatives targeting discovery, restoration, protection and reinvigoration of the natural, material, and nonmaterial heritage of Bulgaria. Under this fund WCIF supports initiatives uniting the local community and attracting voluntary resources, leading to obvious change in the socio-economic conditions, developing the self-esteem and capacity of locals, allowing multiplication of the effects and networking.
