The "Rainbow" program developed and implemented by Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation /WCIF/lasted for three years and targeted children living in poor families and children living in economically underdeveloped regions. For both groups, the issues are the same – lack of access to alternative and sometimes even standard education; lack of access to cultural, artistic and sports activities and leisure activities.
